Second School Run Summit for west Glasgow

DRCET_SchoolRunSummit_2018_HeaderAre you affected by the school run at your school? Dumbarton Road Corridor Environment Trust (DRCET) and De’ils On Wheels are hosting our second School Run Summit on the morning of Tuesday 2 October at Heart of Scotstoun Community Centre, 64 Balmoral Street, Glasgow G14 0BL

The event will bring together a wide range of people and organisations from the G11/G12/G13/G14/G15 postcode areas to share knowledge and experience of the school run. This will include pupils, teachers, parents, parent councils, local residents, community councils, Council officers, elected members and other interested parties.

We want to make the school run safer by:

  • reducing the number of cars on the school run
  • helping people that drive make different travel choices
  • providing coordinated support to schools and pupils
